License. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Data for your personal use only.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. If SampleResumes.net is obligated to go to court, rather than arbitration, to enforce any of its rights, or to collect any fees, you agree to reimburse SampleResumes.net for its legal fees, costs and disbursements if SampleResumes.net is successful.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect. SampleResumes.Net has the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
